She was comfortable wearing the spectacles prescribed to her and was happy that the spectacles were supplied in the vision centre itself and she need not travel all the way to Theni to collect the spectacles ,but she suggested that it would be beneficial for people if glasses were offered on the same day. She revealed that she would have not gone gone for an eye checkup if the vision centre did not exist in Andipatti. Shantha said people coming to the Vision centre, Andipatti, came with a preconceived idea of seeing the doctor but are convinced by the treatment services offered and the tele consultation offered by the doctor. She proudly remarked that she herself had explained people on the services of the vision centre even for those who feel the absence of the doctor.Shanthas husband was also able to check his BP and blood sugar level sugar in the centre itself just by paying Rs 25. Shantha also brought her 15 year old son to the vision centre who had problems of refractive error.
