Abstract

This article tells in detail how to select people, how to train them, and the areas to be trained. It also tells about how to define the jobs according to the workers capability and analyzing the performed tasks. It also highlights how the course curriculum should be planned to train and enrich the health care workers on knowledge needed for the job.
